Some things I wish I knew…
Burnout. So many of us are hanging on the edge, or in my case, I was head first down the cliff. Looking back, I can easily see where I went wrong. And knowing what I know now, I believe it can be avoided.

Something to keep in mind is when we’re overwhelmed or stressed it is often because of;
Too much time “doing”
Not enough time “being”
Something I’m so guilty of but always working on.
