It’s awful to feel like your body is betraying you. I used to think that all the time. I’d wonder why, despite going to the gym and eating well, I still felt like crap. But I had no idea how to fix it. Can you relate?

Perhaps you no longer feel comfortable in your own skin? Or things like bloating, PMS, skin issues, or carrying extra weight are bringing you down? As common as these things are, they are not normal. There is always a reason why and they can be healed. When I took a gentle, holistic approach to my own health, everything changed.
